We cannot emphasize enough the importance of social support during these difficult times. We encourage all SAGES members to reach out to your colleagues, trainees and teams to see how you can support and connect them with resources available through your institutions, organizations and communities.
To help in this support, SAGES has compiled a set of international resources and links to aid in the prevention and management of physician burnout and stress. These include websites, hotlines and books, along with coaching, mentoring and peer support resources.
