This video shows food retention and bacterial growth in the Bakers pouch (blind jejunal limb) of jejunum following a Roux-en-Y gastric bypass for obseity. The gastro-jejunal anastomosis had a stricture that allowed food to enter the blind limb, but not leave. This endoscopy was conducted using a slim (4.5mm) endoscope that was capable of traversing the stricture and entering the limb.
